These terms of service apply to all orders placed through www.smaakamsterdam.nl, the official webshop of SMAAK AMSTERDAM, part of Smaak Retail B.V., based in Amsterdam.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. General
SMAAK AMSTERDAM exclusively operates the official webshop www.smaakamsterdam.nl.
Other websites selling products from Smaak are independent resellers.
If you see our brand unrealistically low-priced elsewhere or don't trust it, report it to support@smaakamsterdam.nl, it may be a fake webshop.
SMAAK AMSTERDAM is not responsible for orders placed through unofficial websites or resellers.
In the case of non-delivery by a fake web shop, we cannot provide a refund or delivery,
we can, however, notify so that such a site is usually taken offline quickly.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices include VAT.
The currency displayed automatically adjusts to the customer's country.
Payment is required to complete the order.
SMAAK AMSTERDAM reserves the right to change prices, products or information at any time.
3. Delivery
We ship worldwide.
The delivery time is indicative and depends on the destination.
After shipment you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace link.

4. Returns & Refunds.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
Return costs are at your own expense unless otherwise stated.
Upon receipt and verification, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

5. Warranty
Our products are made with care.
If you detect a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@smaakamsterdam.nl within a reasonable time .
Damage due to use, wear and tear or carelessness is not covered by the warranty.
6. Liability
SMAAK AMSTERDAM is not liable for damage caused by misuse of products.
Our liability shall at all times be limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
