Packing your bag on delivery :

When you receive your bag, it is usually neatly wrapped in paper. We do that on purpose - that way the bag stays in nice shape and well protected during storage.

In quiet times we often take the paper out for you, but when it's extra busy (like during a SALE), that doesn't always work out. No problem: you can remove the protective paper in no time.

Afterwards, let your bag "breathe" for a while - the leather will form back nicely on its own. Think of it as a mini beauty sleep for your bag!

With an order over €150,- we do not charge shipping costs. Please note: if you order two or more items and return them (partially) so that the final purchase amount is below €150, the shipping costs will still be charged.

Belgium & Germany

• Free shipping from €150
• €6.95 shipping costs for orders under €150

Other European countries

• Free shipping from €150
• €17.50 shipping costs for orders under €150

United Kingdom (standard delivery, 5-8 working days)

• Free shipping from £150
• £15 shipping costs on orders under £150

Rest of the world (express delivery, 4-10 working days)

• Free shipping from $230 (approx. €200).
• Express shipping costs approx. $53 (approx. €47.50)

Delivery Times & Availability

We strive to ship in-stock items within 2-4 business days. If a product is out of stock, it is usually shipped within 3-4 weeks of payment. Should a delivery be delayed or unavailable, we will notify you by email within a few days.

Please note: Smaak Retail B.V. is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or consequential damage caused by exceeding delivery times. Do you receive an incomplete delivery? Report this within 7 days, and we will arrange for redelivery or replacement of the missing item free of charge.

Return Policy

Return costs by country:

• Netherlands: €5 excl.
• Belgium & Germany: €8.50 excl. VAT
• Other countries within the EU: €12.50
• Outside the EU: at your own expense and risk 

For returns outside the European Union, customers are responsible for their own return shipping and associated costs. Shipping, import and/or export costs will not be refunded.

When returns are processed, the return cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

During SALE or other promotions, delivery time may be a little longer than you are used to from us.
