  • Free shipping on orders over €150.

• Germany:

  • Express delivery (2-3 business days) for €12.50.
  • Free shipping on orders over €150.

• Other European countries:

  • Express delivery (2-3 business days) for €35.
  • Standard delivery (7-10 business days) for €17.50.

• Rest of the world:

Smaak Retail B.V. strives to ship all in-stock orders within 2-4 days. For non-stock items, we strive to ship within 3-4 weeks of receiving payment. If there are delays or items cannot be delivered, you will be notified by email within a few days.

Please note that Smaak Retail B.V. is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, nor for any damages resulting from exceeding announced delivery dates. Although we take the utmost care in processing and shipping orders, it may happen that an order is not delivered in full. Please report such instances within 7 days of receipt of the items so that we can replenish or reship any missing items at Smaak Retail B.V.'s expense.

We do not offer a returns portal for international orders outside the European Union (EU). Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense and bear the risk of return. Shipping, import or export costs will not be refunded upon refund or return of purchase.
