Rest of the world:
- Free express shipping on orders from $200,-
- Express delivery (4-10 working days) for $53,-
General Information: Smaak Retail B.V. strives to ship all in-stock orders within 2-4 days. For items not in stock, we strive to ship within 3-4 weeks after payment is received. If delays occur or items are not available, you will be notified by email within a few days.
Please note that Smaak Retail B.V. is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, nor for any damages resulting from exceeding the indicated delivery times. Although we take the utmost care in processing and shipping orders, it is possible that an order may not be delivered in full. Please report such cases within 7 days of receipt, so that we can complete or reship the missing items at Smaak Retail B.V.'s expense.
We do not offer a returns portal for international orders outside the European Union (EU). Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense and bear the risk of return. Shipping, import or export costs are not refundable when refunding or returning the purchase.
