Smaak Retail B.V. aims to ship all orders that are in stock within 2-4 days. Orders that are not in stock, we try to ship within 3-4 weeks after receiving the payment to the address provided by you. If items have a longer delivery time or (temporarily) cannot be delivered, you will be informed by e-mail within a few days.
Smaak Retail B.V. is not liable for delays caused by the courier services. Smaak Retail B.V. is not liable for any damage whatsoever as a result of exceeding the announced delivery times. Smaak Retail B.V. takes the greatest care when receiving orders and sending ordered articles. Nevertheless, it may happen that an order is not delivered or is incomplete.
You must report this within 7 days of receiving the items. The delivery will then possibly be supplemented or redone at the expense of Smaak Retail. B.V.'s expense.
Please note that for orders outside the European Union (EU), we do not offer free returns, and customers are responsible for returning the items at their own cost and risk. In addition, any shipping, import or export costs will not be refunded in the event of a refund or return of the purchase.
