Packaging upon delivery

When you receive your bag, it's usually carefully packaged and filled with paper. We do this deliberately: this way, your bag stays in good shape and is well-protected during transport and storage.

During quieter periods, we often remove the protective paper for you. During peak periods (like SALE periods), this isn't always possible. Don't worry - you can easily remove the protective paper yourself.

Then let your bag breathe for a bit: the leather will naturally return to its perfect shape. Think of it as a little beauty sleep for your bag!


Free shipping

For orders above €150, you pay no shipping costs.
Please note: if you order multiple items and return them (partially) resulting in a final purchase price below €150, we will still charge the shipping costs.


Not satisfied with your order?

We're sorry to hear that. Of course, you're welcome to change your mind: you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order (in accordance with the Terms and Conditions).

You'll find a packing slip with your order. This slip contains a QR code that you can easily scan with your phone's camera. This will take you directly to our returns page.

Follow the steps there to register your return and choose your preferred carrier.

With most carriers, you do n't need a printer; the barcode on your phone is sufficient. Simply show it at the drop-off point, and they'll print the return label for you. This makes sending your return quick and easy.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.

Please ensure the item is in new condition: unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including tags. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from one of our retailers.


Returns outside the EU

We do not offer a returns portal for orders outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for the return shipping, including all costs and risks. Shipping, import, or export fees are not reimbursed for refunds.


Returns within Europe

From the Netherlands:
For returns from the Netherlands, we charge a flat fee of €5 (incl. VAT) to cover shipping and handling costs.
You can also return your item free of charge at one of our stores.

From Belgium and Germany:
The return shipping costs are €8.50 (including VAT). This contribution helps us process returns efficiently.

Other European countries:
Customers outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany pay €12.50 (incl. VAT) in return costs.
