Packaging your bag upon delivery

When you receive your bag, it is usually neatly wrapped in paper. We do that on purpose - that way the bag stays in nice shape and well protected during storage.

In quiet times we often take the paper out for you, but when it's extra busy (like during a SALE), that doesn't always work out. No problem: you can remove the protective paper in no time.

Afterwards, let your bag "breathe" for a while - the leather will form back nicely on its own. Think of it as a mini beauty sleep for your bag!

Free shipping
With an order over €150,- we do not charge shipping costs. Please note that if you order two or more items and return them (partially) so that the final purchase amount is below €150, shipping costs will still be charged.

Once we receive the package, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days.

Make sure the item is in new condition (unworn and undamaged). All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all tags. Returns of items purchased from one of our retailers will not be accepted.

For international orders outside the European Union (EU) we do not offer a return portal. Customers are responsible for return shipping at their own expense and bear the risk of return shipping. Shipping, import or export costs are not refundable when refunding or returning the purchase.

Returning from the Netherlands:
If you wish to return an item from the Netherlands, we charge a standard fee of €5 excluding VAT to cover shipping and handling costs. You can also return your item free of charge to one of our stores.

Returns from Belgium and Germany:
For customers in Belgium and Germany, the return fee is €8.50 excluding VAT . This fee helps us efficiently manage the logistics of processing returns.

Rest of Europe Return Policy:
Customers in other European countries pay a €12.50 excl. VAT return fee. This fee covers the higher shipping and handling costs.

Store Return Policy:
The easiest way is to return your item in person. Bring your purchase to one of our stores and we will process your return for free. This way you save on return costs and we can help you right away.
