Once we receive the package, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days.

Make sure the item is in new condition (unworn and undamaged). All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all tags. Returns of items purchased from one of our retailers will not be accepted.

We do not offer a return portal for international orders outside the European Union (EU). Customers are responsible for return shipping at their own expense and bear the risk of return shipping. Shipping, import or export costs are not refundable when refunding or returning the purchase.

Returning from the Netherlands:

If you wish to return an item from the Netherlands, we charge a standard fee of €5 to cover shipping and handling costs. You can also return your item free of charge to one of our stores.

Returns from Belgium and Germany:

For customers in Belgium and Germany, the return fee is €8.50. This fee helps us efficiently manage the logistics of processing returns.

Rest of Europe Return Policy:

Customers in other European countries pay a €12.50 return fee. This fee covers the higher shipping and handling costs.

Store Return Policy:

The easiest way is to return your item in person. Bring your purchase to one of our stores and we will process your return for free. That way you save on shipping costs and we can help you right away.
