Packing on delivery
When you receive your bag, it is usually carefully wrapped and filled with paper. We do this intentionally: this way your bag stays in nice shape and well protected during transport and storage.
During quieter periods we often take the paper out for you. During busier times (such as SALE) this is not always possible. Don't worry - you can easily remove the protective paper yourself.
Afterwards, let your bag "breathe" for a while: the leather will form back nicely on its own. Think of it as a little beauty drag for your bag!
Free shipping
For orders over €150,- you pay no shipping costs.
Please note that if you order multiple items and return (part of) them, bringing the final purchase amount below €150,-, we will still charge the shipping costs.
Not satisfied with your order?
We're sorry to hear that. Of course, you may change your mind: you have 14 days for reflection after receiving your order (as per the T&T).
With your delivery, you will find a packing slip. On this packing slip is a QR code that you can easily scan with your phone's camera. This will take you directly to our returns page.
There, follow the steps to register your return and choose your preferred carrier.
With most carriers, you don't need a printer, the barcode on your phone is sufficient. Show it at the drop-off point and they will print the return label for you. This way you can ship your return easily and quickly.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days.
Please note that the item is in new condition: unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, including tags. We cannot accept returns of items purchased from one of our retailers.
Returns outside the EU
We do not offer a return portal for orders outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for return shipping, including costs and risks. Shipping, import or export costs will not be refunded upon refund.
Returns within Europe
From the Netherlands:
For returns from the Netherlands, we charge a flat rate of €5 (incl. VAT) to cover shipping and handling costs.
You can also return your item free of charge at one of our stores.
From Belgium and Germany:
The return fee is €8.50 (incl. VAT). This fee helps us to process returns efficiently.
Other European countries:
Customers outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany pay €12.50 (incl. VAT) in return costs.
