Delivery Associate (Cargo Bike)

We are looking for an enthusiastic delivery associate (cargo bike) to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll serve as a key link between our warehouse and our boutique. You’ll be on the road a lot, but you’ll also assist with logistics tasks in the warehouse.

 

What are you going to do?

You'll deliver products from our warehouse to our store in Amsterdam using the cargo bike.

You ensure that deliveries arrive safely, in good condition, and on time.

You process and verify returns.

You pack orders carefully.

You identify any issues related to deliveries, inventory, and returns.

 

Who are you?

You are available on Mondays and Fridays and can also work on weekends.

Experience with a cargo bike or as a delivery driver is a plus, but not required.

You are physically fit and have no problem lifting and moving boxes and goods.

You work with precision, are self-reliant, and take responsibility.

You are reliable, proactive, and enjoy getting things done.

You should preferably live in (or near) Amsterdam.

Store Manager

BERENSTRAAT 39 · 32–38 HOURS

Since 2010, we’ve been making leather bags and accessories with our own distinctive style: understated shapes, high-quality materials, designed to last for years. Our boutique in the Negen Straatjes is where the brand comes to life. The store is doing well. What’s still missing is someone to truly lead it.

 

What you will do

You’re on the sales floor making sales—that remains the core of the job. In addition, you have ultimate responsibility for how the store operates: the sales figures, the part-time team, inventory, the cash register, and the impression customers take away from us.

You’ll build a customer base that keeps coming back. You’ll focus on sales volume and repeat purchases, and you’ll know which models are selling well and which aren’t. You’ll create schedules, recruit staff, and train new hires. And you’ll report weekly to management—not just the numbers, but what’s behind them.

 

Who We're Looking For

Experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a managerial or key role

Proven track record in sales and building customer relationships

Comfortable with responsibility for the cash register, inventory, and financial figures

Fluent in Dutch and English, our clients come from all over the world

An eye for detail and a feel for materials and presentation

 

What We Offer

A salary commensurate with experience, ranging from €3,400 to €3,800 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek
