Sales Assistant

We are looking for a weekend assistant for our team in Amsterdam who has a strong interest in sales and a keen eye for the customer experience.

In our recently renovated boutique, the customer experience is our top priority. As the face of our brand, you and your colleagues will ensure that every customer feels welcome and leaves the boutique feeling satisfied. You have a keen sense of style, listen to customers’ needs, and provide tailored, personalized advice.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on sales and enjoys building genuine connections. Someone who can turn every interaction with a customer into something special—an experience that leaves a lasting impression and that customers love to share.

What we're looking for:
– You are flexible in terms of availability
– You are available at least on Fridays and Saturdays
– You have a passion for sales and customer service
– You have a sense of style and a love for bags
– You are sociable, proactive, and take responsibility

As a warehouse employee, you are an important link in that experience. You ensure that every order is carefully processed and shipped, with the same attention and precision with which our collection is designed.

• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Managing and replenishing stock
• Supplying our flagship store with the electric cargo bike
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is organized behind the scenes

• You work quickly and accurately

• You are flexible and available alongside your studies or other activities
• You live in (or near) Amsterdam
