Shop experience manager

Are you ready to become the face of our beautiful boutique store, right in the heart of Amsterdam, in the iconic Nine Streets? We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic sales talent for (minimum) 32 hours per week, with a regular weekend day, who wants to combine the best of both worlds: style and structure.

What will you do?
As the hub of our team, you are the direct contact between the head office and the store. You will be responsible for advising and helping customers with their purchases. You ensure an excellent customer experience, provide product information, think along with the customer and help them make the right choice. In addition, you ensure that the store is neatly and attractively decorated and that products are well presented. You actively contribute to achieving sales targets and have a keen eye for opportunities to boost sales.

Your duties include everything that makes for a pico bello store:

• Visual Merchandising (VM): you ensure that the store always looks attractive and adjust the presentation at least twice a week.
• Team coordination: you will work with the team to ensure that the store always looks tiptop and know how to create structure and regularity in the team.
• Digital Engagement: you will create content from the store for our social media channels.
• Create structure: weekly reports to headquarters and scripts.
• Complaint handling: with your customer-oriented attitude, you resolve complaints professionally and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
• Inventory management: you keep the warehouse organized and make sure popular items are replenished on time.

Most fun? Working four days (32 hours), but if you want to work more hours, that is also possible. Flexibility is our top priority!
